Unfortunately any items returned that have been worn, soiled or are outside this 28-day period cannot be refunded. Sale items have a 14-day returns window. We do not offer free returns.

PLEASE DO WAIT UNTIL YOUR RETURN REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED BEFORE POSTING IT TO US AND INCLUDE ALL PAPERWORK TO ALLOW US TO IDENTIFY YOUR RETURN. WE AIM TO PROCESS RETURN REQUESTS WITHIN 1-3 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM.
