RETURNS PROCESS:

You will be sent all shipping details once your return request has been authorised. Please wait to send back any returns to us until you receive this confirmation.

Unfortunately any items returned that have been worn, soiled or are outside this 28-day period cannot be refunded. Sale items have a 14-day returns window. We do not offer free returns. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 28-days (14-days

Once we receive your item back and it has been checked you will be notified and a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days, or you can request store credit with us if you prefer.

PLEASE DO WAIT UNTIL YOUR RETURN REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED BEFORE POSTING IT TO US AND INCLUDE ALL PAPERWORK TO ALLOW US TO IDENTIFY YOUR RETURN. WE AIM TO PROCESS RETURN REQUESTS WITHIN 1-3 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM.

Please remember that even if you decide you would like to return the item we would appreciate your care and attention in carefully putting it back into the bag provided. 

All items returned to us are at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded postal service.
