RETURNS PROCESS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 28-days, or 14 days if purchased within the sale please email info@ellyla.com to notify of this.
You will be sent a shipping label once your return request has been authorised
Unfortunately any items returned that have been worn, soiled or are outside this 28-day period cannot be refunded. Sale items have a 14-day returns window.
Once we receive your item back and it has been checked you will be notified and a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days, or you can request store credit with us if you prefer.
Please remember that even if you decide you would like to return the item we would appreciate your care and attention in carefully putting it back into the bag provided.
